My name is Sebastian Cramer, a somatic coach and therapist dedicated to helping people heal at the root level. I specialize in combining somatic therapy with mindfulness and Emotional Release to help people break free from chronic anxiety. Having seen the limits of ‘just think positive,’ I developed an approach that honors the body’s innate wisdom to restore calm through a nervous system reset.
